We help companies architect, automate and govern their growth operating systems - aligning leadership, structure, process and AI-powered workflows around one growth model. The outcome is less chaos, fewer random acts of marketing, and a business that scales by design rather than by heroics.

Our story
The start of things
When the studio began in 2024, the same pattern kept appearing across industries. Companies were burning through budgets and people, and the cause was rarely weak talent or missing technology. Strategy and the growth system had never been engineered as one whole.
Teams were making large strategic choices on incomplete data, chasing too many priorities and stretching people across conflicting initiatives. The strategy layer lived in slides while the real work lived in chaos.

The name
What is in a name
go:lofty is about rising above the noise. The name comes from taking strategy to a higher perspective, where complexity becomes clear, resources are used deliberately and every decision aligns with purpose.
To go lofty is to lift a business above unnecessary steps, wasted effort and resource burn, and to create space for focus, flow and sustainable growth.

Oksana Pashchenko
Founder & Principal
Oksana designs and installs growth operating systems for founders and operators building in AI-native markets. Every engagement runs through her - the audit, the blueprint, the decisions about what to leave alone.
She is the author of Growth Architecture, the book that sets out the method the studio applies: growth as a system of loops, layers and cadences rather than a sequence of campaigns.
