The method, turned into software

go:verla is the platform side of the studio. The same diagnostics, playbooks and cadences we run by hand in engagements, encoded so a team can run them without us in the room. Four tools, built in the order a business actually needs them.

Diagnose
Assessment Tool
Where the growth system leaks, scored and ranked. A structured diagnostic across strategy, loops, data, automation and governance that returns a maturity score per layer and, more usefully, the order in which the gaps should be closed.
It replaces the argument about what to fix first with an answer the leadership team can see the working behind.
Five layers scored against the maturity model
Constraint identified rather than a list of weaknesses
Comparable across business units and over time
Output feeds directly into the other three tools

Diagnose
Strategy Ops Tool
Turning strategy into an operating cadence. The thesis is entered once, then broken into the decisions it implies, the forums where those decisions belong, the evidence each one needs and the rhythm that carries them.
What normally lives in a deck and decays within a quarter becomes a running schedule with owners attached.
Decision rights recorded against named roles
Forum agendas generated from the model
Drift flagged when a cadence is skipped
Quarterly review pack assembled automatically

Execute
Growth Ops Tool
Playbooks and guided execution for the growth function. Each loop gets a playbook: what it is meant to produce, which inputs it needs, who owns each step, and the check that tells you whether it is compounding or merely busy.
The team follows the play rather than reinventing it, and the measurement is built into the play instead of bolted on afterwards.
Loop playbooks across acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation, referral
Input metrics defined before the work starts
Weekly execution view with owners and blockers
Experiment log that keeps the learning after people leave

People Change Management Tool
Adoption tracking from decision to routine. Every change has a distance between the announcement and the habit, and most organisations stop measuring somewhere in the middle. This tool measures the whole distance.
It shows where adoption stalls, which teams stalled, and what was different about the ones that did not.
Four stages tracked from awareness to default behaviour
Segmented by team, role and location
Resistance surfaced early, while it is still cheap
Adoption held against the business case that justified the change
Nothing here ships until it has been used in a real engagement
Every tool starts as something we ran by hand for a client. It becomes software only once the method has survived contact with several businesses. That is slower than building from a roadmap, and it is why the tools work on the first day you open them.
